Late Friday Evening Lehigh Twp Station 47 was dispatched to the 3500 Blk of Beech Dr for the Dwelling Fire, upon arrival of the first in officer they discovered a home well involved and immediately struck the full 1st alarm assignment. Crews went in service with their heaviest water lines to darken down the flames so crews could make an interior attack. A portion of the structure collapsed from the fire and extra tankers were brought in for water supply. Crews remained on scene for several hours is freezing temps to make sure there were no flare ups, no injuries were reported and crews from both Northampton and Lehigh Counties worked on the scene.....
