Allentown Police and EMS responded to the area of Freddies Bar late Friday night for a report of a Subject down in the street, while responding crews were advised the individual was unconscious with a serious head injury. EMS Quickly transported the individual to a local trauma Center as a Trauma Arrest and Police set up a crime scene to try determine what exactly happened..
