Wet Roads Equals Two Serious Wrecks in Northern Lehigh County

First off was a Wrecker in a Wreck we were on location of an accident on Old Post Rd in Washington Twp Lehigh County, crews arrived to find a heavy wrecker hauling a tree service truck imbedded into the side of the garage. No one was hurt in the accident this was one of many as a morning rain storm wreacked havoc on local roads. Crews controlled a fuel spill from the truck and worked as shoring up the building so the truck could be removed.

Second off a car becomes one with a tree which brought our crew on location of an accident where a car struck a tree and one person was trapped. EMS arrived to a female with serious injuries and requested fire to expedite do to heavy entrapment. A squad truck from Station 22 arrived on location and was able to extricate the victim who taken to a local trauma center.
