On-Scene of an accident on I-78 at Lehigh St in Allentown, Crews arrived on location to find multiple vehicles over the road with numerous injuries. Allentown EMS Command called for a level 1 MCI which brought in EMS Units from all over the southern end of the county. In all one person was trapped and extricated by AFD, one person was DOA and at least 8 others were transported to local hospitals, the highway remained closed for several hours....
