Upper Saucon Drops a 2nd Alarm for Fire in a Large Home


Mid Morning on Wednesday Upper Saucon Station 27 was dispatched to Honeysuckle Rd for a Dwelling Fire, While responding crews were advised by PD that they had a working fire and a 2nd alarm was dumped. As crews started to work the fire a 2nd RIT was requested and additional manpower was requested by surrounding companies. Crews worked the fire for a couple hours opening up to find all fire in the large home, tankers were used as a water supply do to location of the home. The homeowners were home at the time but escaped with out injury and there were no reported injuries to crews working the scene...
