Right around the early afternoon hours crews are dispatched to Rt 22 West Bound Near 25th Street for a spill. Crews arrive on location and find a 200 Foot long spill of a Concrete mix blocking the right lane of travel. Due to circumstances crews shut down the highway and requested a response from Northampton County EMS and Lehigh County Special Ops. Once determined that there was nothing hazardous in the mix clean up crews are brought in to remove the concrete. Rt 22 was shut down for several hours affecting travel in the area and highly annoying motorist, one of which requested assistance getting through the traffic because she was going into labor..
