Around Midnight Allentown Communications Sends Engines 13, 14 and 9 to a reported apartment building fire on Woodlawn St, While responding police go on location and report heavy smoke in a basement laundry room. Engine 13 arrives to the front of the building and starts to investigate, Engine 9 goes to the rear with Heavy Smoke showing. Battalion 43 arrives and calls the working fire, Truck 2 is added to the box and Engine 4 is the F.A.S.T. truck. Crews stretch into the basement and 2nd floor of the building, the fire is located in the basement and is knocked down. Crews open up and searches of the building end up negative one dog is rescued from the structure by firefighters and the call is placed under control in about 30 minutes..
