On Scene as Police investigate a reported shooting in the area of New and Allen Streets in the City of Allentown. Units are called out for a reported teenager shot in the back, EMS transport the victim to a local trauma center while another victim arrived at the hospital by POV. Police block off the area for a couple of hours for the investigation........
