Around 1030 hrs Allentown Comm Dispatches a Full Box Assignment to the area of 6th and Greenleaf for a house fire. Battalion 43 arrives on location and reports smoke showing from the rear of the building, Crews stretch a line into the rear for a kitchen that going. As crews start opening up they find fire in the ceiling and stretch a 2nd line to the 2nd floor. Crews then head to the 3rd floor to search due to smoke pushing from the windows. Crews hold the fire to the first floor and all searches are negative no injuries are reported...
The Second which was dispatched at the same time was in South Whitehall were Police are alerted to a report of a shooting in the area of 21st and Whitehall. Units respond to the area and start searching for both a victim and suspects. An EMS unit from Cetronia stages in the area and a perimeter is set up. Officers start searching the area and are seen with weapons at the ready, Police are still investigating this incident more info will be released when available...
