On Scene this afternoon as Allentown Rescue Crews along with Bystanders work to save a reported drowning victim at Jordan Park, The victim was reportedly found in the water in cardiac arrest by bystanders who started CPR on the individual. When EMS arrived the person was conscious and breathing, AFD and APD assisted with carrying the victim in a stokes basket to the awaiting ambulance which took him to the hospital in serious condition....
