On-Scene of an early morning oil spill on Rt 378 in the City of Bethlehem, reports of an oil truck was leaking as it was traveling North on the roadway. The entire stretch of 378 was closed from the Hill to Hill Bridge to the Rt 22 WB on Ramp. Crews from Bethlehem Police and Fire, PennDot, and a clean-up company worked for hours to control traffic and clean up the mess...
